Trilogy's business consulting with Ford: Trilogy International has been consulting at Ford Motor Company in various business areas since 1996. Our primary focus has been the implementation of C3P to Ford's internal operations. We have achieved great success in the supplier community through our hands-on, site-visit-based approach. Our approach has ensured vehicle program timing and helped avoid missing key launch dates - an estimated cost avoidance of $20 million per week for each potential program delay.

Internally, Ford spent millions of dollars and several years to get its own people using the new toolset. Unfortunately, little was spent helping the suppliers even though supplier content was over 60% of a new vehicle. Facing a costly delay in a recent vehicle program launch, Ford Motor Company asked Trilogy International to assemble a task force to quickly ramp up nearly 250 suppliers on Ford's new C3P initiative. After 6 teams were deployed, it took only fours months to visit every supplier and get the program back on track.
