SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Software Engineer Position

Duties include: Develop web Front End User Interfaces, Background Processing for the applications using the following coding technologies – Jquery, JQueryUI, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JavaScript, UnderscoreJS. Develop applications using dotnet technologies like MVC, Asp.Net , C#. Develop REST API using Web API. Debug Web API and Web Services using Fiddle , Postman , Soap UI. Work in Software development methodologies like Agile, Scrum etc. Host and develop applications on the Azure Cloud using Azure services like Azure App Services, Azure VM , Azure Service fabric. Work on various Cloud services like Azure Redis Cache, Azure Table Storage , NO Sql Databases , Mongo DB. Write effective code to retrieve and store large amounts of data while optimizing the storage capacity and avoiding memory-leaks. Create SQL stored procedures, functions, views, Jobs, Packages   and queries to retrieve data from the SQL and Oracle databases. Data management and reporting using SSIS, SSRS. Work on Code repository tools like SVN, TFS etc. Manage the release cycle from DEV, QA , UAT and Production.  Write Unit Test Cases / Integration Test Cases. Work closely with business analysts to suggest new improvements to the application. Code generic modules that can be used across all applications while accelerating system response time and improve its overall performance. 

This position requires a master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a bachelor’s degree in the same with 5+ years of experience.
